Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stickers by Happy Path ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Authentication

The App uses Apple Sign In for authentication. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the stickers and other content you create using the App ("User Content"). By making User Content public, you grant Happy Path a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content within the App for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You agree not to create or distribute User Content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law
• Is harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or is designed to disrupt the App
• Impersonates another person or entity

5. Public & Private Stickers

Stickers you create can be set as public or private. Public stickers are visible to other users who are nearby. Private stickers are visible only to you. Happy Path reserves the right to review and moderate public stickers and to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Location Data

The App requires access to your device's precise GPS location to enable core features such as placing stickers at real-world locations and discovering nearby stickers. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your precise location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to it
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to spam, harass, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

Happy Path owns all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding. Users retain ownership of their own User Content as described in Section 4. Nothing in these terms transfers any Happy Path intellectual property to you.

9. Termination

Happy Path may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon account deletion, your User Content will be removed from the service.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Happy Path does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
